If you HAVE NOT already sold or financed and closed on the sale of your property with a buyer or borrower, we MUST have the potential buyer’s or borrower’s permission to obtain a three bureau tri-merge credit report and scores.
There are TWO Credit Application & Authorization forms available for download below. The first form is in PRINTABLE PDF format and you can print and/or email as many copies as necessary and request that your potential buyers or borrowers complete the form and return it to you. The second form is in FILLABLE PDF format and you can email this FILLABLE form to your potential buyers or borrowers and they can complete it paperless and return it to us directly via email simply by clicking on the “CLICK HERE TO SUBMIT COMPLETED FORM” button. FORMS OF PAYMENT: We will NOT obtain ANY credit report and scores for ANYONE until we have received payment — NO EXCEPTIONS! Positively do NOT send a personal check as that will NOT be accepted as payment and will be returned. For the fastest service, please pay via PayPal, and we will obtain your potential buyer’s or borrower’s credit report and scores immediately and forward a copy to you via email for review, otherwise, please send a money order or cashier’s check for the total amount of the fees made payable to the order of Big Sky Financial Network LLC, along with the original COMPLETED, SIGNED, and DATED Credit Application & Authorization from your potential buyers or borrowers. Fee for ONE Individual Three Bureau Tri-Merge Credit Report and Scores: $35.00 each
Fee for ONE Married Couple Three Bureau Tri-Merge Credit Report and Scores: $50.00
EXAMPLE: If your potential buyers or borrowers consists of two individuals and two married couples, the total fees would be $170.00
PLEASE NOTE: As the seller of real property, by using this service, you hereby certify that you have in your physical possession an original COMPLETED, SIGNED, and DATED Credit Application & Authorization from your potential buyers or borrowers, OR, we have notified you that we have received directly via email a COMPLETED, SIGNED, and DATED Credit Application & Authorization from your potential buyers or borrowers. We MUST have in OUR possession either an electronic copy of the original document OR the original document prior to obtaining ANY credit report and scores for ANYONE — NO EXCEPTIONS! Please choose one of the three options below:
OPTION 1: If YOU have an original completed, signed, and dated Credit Application & Authorization in your possession from your potential buyers or borrowers, please send us an electronic copy of the original via email, (bigskyfn@gmail.com), then complete the Credit Report Order Form below and submit it to us. Then submit your payment to us, either via PayPal (for the fastest service), or by money order or cashier’s check. Personal checks are NOT accepted for payment and will be returned. Payment methods and additional instructions are on the page you’ll receive once you submit the Credit Report Order Form.
OPTION 2: If YOU have an original completed, signed, and dated Credit Application & Authorization in your possession from your potential buyers or borrowers, but you are unable to send us an electronic copy of the document, then complete the Credit Report Order Form below and submit it to us. Then send us the original document via U.S. Mail along with your payment. You may submit your payment to us via PayPal if you wish, but we will still have to wait until we have received the original document before obtaining the credit report and scores. Personal checks are NOT accepted for payment and will be returned along with your original Credit Application & Authorization.
